Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Experience: Bidder or OEM must have 3+ years of regularly manufactured/supplied similar Category Products to Central/State Govt Organizations or PSUs.
• Authorization: OEM authorization required if bidding via distributor; provide complete OEM/service provider details.
• GST & Invoicing: GST as per applicable rates; upload GST invoice and portal screenshot on GeM with bid.
• Data Sheet & Compliance: Upload data sheet; ensure no mismatch with product specs to avoid rejection.
