The GST registered contractors shall submit GST registration certificate,The unregistered GST contractors(Turn over below 20lakhs) shall submit recent Income tax return certificate

The bidders shall be registered as class-IV contractor and above

Solvency Certificate (100 percent of the ECV ) issued by any Nationalized/Scheduled bank and should not be older than one year from the date of participating in tenders (or) the NET WORTH certificate issued by a registered Chartered account ( along with registered seal) in lieu of solvency certificate can also be submitted. These certificates should include the lates

The registered SC/ST/Waddera Societies and individuals belonging to unemployed SC/ST/Wadderas shall upload a declaration about the works on hand and works completed to an extent of 50 percent on date of submission of tender, all relevant documents vide GO Ms No.52 Dt. 18-3-2000, and also Audit certificate for the financial year 2024-25

EMD payment - Exempted for those who are having Permanent EMD of Rs. 5,00,000/- with APGENCO and Rs.2900/- for those who are not having permanent EMD of Rs. 5,00,000/- with APGENCO

For executing item no.02 of schedule/BOQ the workers shall have under water diving experience and shall produce the certificate of underwater diving experience if required for Engineer in charge at the time of work
