A proposal will be considered unsuitable and shall be rejected at this stage if it does not respond to the RFP or it fails to achieve minimum technical score of 60 points out of 100. Department of Industries shall not notify Consultants who fail to score the qualifying technical score. The list of firms achieving the 60 points shall be considered for the opening of financial proposal.
