Participate Bidder must have to engage his own person if any defect occur of Supplied Materials during the Warranty period and person authorization document should submit for replace of New Materials. If the bidder has failed to respond, any defects occur during the Warranty period of Supplied Materials, the bidder has not to get Security Deposits.

TS GST Registration Certificate shall be uploaded. (If GST Provisional Certificate submitted, the bidder should submit the Original GST Registration Certificate at the time of Agreement) and Latest GST Returns copy.

The Municipal Commissioner, Sathupalli has rights to cancel/recall the tenders without prior notice to the contractors.

Reputed companies / Firms / Manufacturing companies / Authorized Dealers are eligible to participate the tender.

Latest Authorization dealership certificate should submit.

ISO Certificate should submit.

If Company participation it should submit Firm Reg/Bylaws/Directors Resolution copy.

If Bidder participation should submit MOU/consent letter /authorization certificate obtain from the reputed firm/company.

Declaration by Tenderer confirming that his GST is a regular and not a composition.

Declaration by the Tenderer stating that his firm is a profit-making company and not a loss-making Company.

Bidder should submit GSTR1 and GSTR 3B returns for last three months

Copy of latest three years IT Returns along with Acknowledgement Receipt and PAN Card.

Government Registration Certificates like Udyam and NSIC should be uploaded.

If Authorized dealer should submit Latest LOI.

Last three years Turnover certificate from CA with UDIN number.

Declaration by Tenderer that ongoing projects as per Departmental Format GO MS No. 94.

9) Declaration by Tenderer that he has not been blacklisted by any government departments as per Departmental Format GO MS No. 94 and Declaration by Tenderer that he has not been blacklisted by any government departments on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper.

22) Bidder must be Supply as per the Technical Specifications as uploaded in the tender conditions and should submit Compliance sheet as per technical specifications mentioned in the tender and the specifications the tenderer quoted.

Valid Latest Solvency Certificate Issued by Nationalized Banks only Rs. 50.00 lakhs or above and Format should be as per GO MS No. 94.

Previous Experience is Mandatory on relevant Solid Waste Management equipment (Heavy Machinery) in Government Sector/Municipalities.
