The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 90 percent of the contract value as prime contractor at least one similar work such as Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Gauge Marks, Salient Feature Boards for dam of amount not less than Rs. 40.00 Lakhs. 50 percent of amount put to tender with GST

The intending bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of critical items of work usually 80 percent of the peak annual rate of c onstruction i.e. Quantity put to tender x 80 percentage in anyone financial year, during the last five financial years reckoned back from 2025-26.

The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover in at least two financial years in all civil construction works of not less than the amount Rs. 79.60 Lakhs as mentioned in below table. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10 percent each year.

The tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value

The intending bidder should furnish liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount of Rs. 24.00 Lakhs credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirements. Usually, the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period should be in the prescribed format.
