Required documents include GST, PAN, vessel registration, Seaworthiness Certificate from Fisheries Department, 3 years’ experience proof, crew police verifications, onboard staffing plan, and any OEM authorizations. Upload all to GeM as part of the technical bid per terms.

Vessel must hold a valid Seaworthiness Certificate issued by the Local Fisheries Department and vessel registration; ensure compliance with local maritime safety norms. Attach certificates to bid and maintain validity through the contract period.

As per ATC, the buyer may adjust contract quantity or duration up to ±50% at the time of issue, and such adjustments are binding for bidders. Post-award changes are still capped at 50%.

Two crew members plus the designated Tandel must be onboard with police verification certificates. Ensure all crew documents are verified and uploaded on GeM before submission.

Bidders must demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in maritime support, with verifiable references. Experience should align with logistics and afloat unit support along coastal routes.

Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is requested to clarify terms and conditions. While not strictly mandatory for bid submission, participating improves understanding of Seaworthiness, crew verification, and documentation expectations.
