G.O.Ms.No.66 , I&CAD(PW-Reforms)Dept., Dt.20.4.2015 Qualification Requirements: To qualify for consideration of award of the contract each tender should fulfill the following criteria:

1. The details and certificates are to be furnished as per the pro-forma available in the tender schedules. The bidder should submit the particulars invariably in the format specified in the tender schedule along with necessary certificates, failing which his tender shall be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected.

2. The tenderer should further demonstrate: i) Availability (either owned or leased) of key and critical equipment. ii) Availability of the key technical personnel with adequate experience.

3. The tenderer is subjected to be blacklisted and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/ Statements/ certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and/ or financial failures and /or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and has quoted unreasonable high bid prices.

4. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/ fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated.

5.The Annexure II of the G.O Ms No.94 I&CAD (PW.COD) Department date 1-7-2003 the contractors of Special Class, Class-I, Class-II and Class-III are eligible to take up the works through out the state the contractors of Class-IV and V can tender for works only with in the circle where registration is down.

6.As per the GO MS:52 of Exemption EMD :-At the time of tender, the SC/ST/WADDERAS labour contract co-opp societies and individuals belonging to SC/ST/WADDERAS, should enclose it the application form a list of works for which they have applied for tenders during the year along with their value and result of tenders call. They should also enclose the do trills of works on ground indication the date of allotment/agreement. Progress as per agreement actual progress etc. So SC/ST/WADDERAS labour contract co-opp societies should be submit the EMD
