Contract Bidding Open For Selection of Survey Consultant for DGPS/Total Station Survey, Geo-referencing and GIS Mapping for identification, verification and demarcation of Civic Amenity Sites, Parks, Playgrounds, Open Spaces, Roads and other relinquished areas boundary fixing, identification of encroachments and preparation of digital survey drawings for BCCHS Layout covering Sy. Nos. of Raghuvanahalli and Vajarahalli Villages, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, over an area of approximately 180 acres in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

a)The firm must have experience in the field of civil engineering consultancy for last 03 years providing Detailed Feasibility report and Consulting services for State/Central Government and their undertaking agencies.

b)Achieved at in one financial year a minimum annual turnover (in all classes DFR of Civil Engineering Consultation Works only) of Rs. 100.00 Lakhs in last Three years. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish the Audited Balance Sheets along with the Technical Proposal along with UDIN Number

c) Specific experience of the consultants related to the Assignment completed in last Three years A) The intending bidder/firm/company should have satisfactorily completed conducting Topographical GIS survey and preparation of DFR for the Layout/ UGD, Water bodies scheme to the city or town with latest total station survey equipments of value not less than 20percent of the amount put to tender during last Three years i.e. Rs. Lakhs, (Additional Weightage at 10percent each year shall be given for cost of work to bring it to 2026-27 level)

C)b)General DFR Services should have worked satisfactorily completed Aerial Survey, Drone Survey, Drain, Topographical survey, Land Survey, GIS, Survey Culverts, Storm Water Drain, of an any gov project not less than 30.00 Crores of the project cost (Minimum 1 No).

d)Consultants must have Key professional required (as detailed in Terms of Reference) having experience in construction supervision of works to be deployed exclusively for this consultancy contract. The employer or competent authority shall furnish the CVs of the personnel and the availability of the personnel for the project till completion of the assignment.

e) Consultants Must Have Latest Survey Software and Survey Equipments ( OWN or MOU)

f)Consultant should have ESIC and EPF Registration certificates with last 2 Years paid challan.

g)Consultant should provide with latest Valid GST certificate with last three years filled copy of GSTR 3B Returns filled copy should be submitted as proof of turnover.

h)Consultant should have MSME, Form C, should be Registered and running office from past 3 years. Proof of certificate should be submitted.

i) Joint Tenders are not allowed.
