Achieved in any one year during the last five years, a minimum annual financial turnover (in same nature of work only) should be at least the amount equal to the 50% (fifty percent) of estimated cost of the works for which bid has been invited

The bidder must have experience of supplying of Multi-parameter water quality Field Test Kit (FTK) and Refill of Single/Multi-parameter water quality FTK for chemical testing of drinking water to any government department/Institution during any one year of the last Seven years (2014-15 to 2020-21) of not less than 10% (ten percent) of the quantity for which the bid has been invited.

The experience claimed shall be in respect of completed projects and supported by certificates form clients. Certificate should clearly indicate the firms experience in supply of field test kits. Scope of services rendered by the firm should be clearly indicated in the experience certificate obtained form the client. (refer Section 2 of bid document)

For bid shall remain valid for the 180 days after the submission of bid

Justifying their capability of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion as per milestones. (Attached or not)

Information regarding any litigation, current or during the last five years, in which the Bidder is involved, the parties concerned, and disputed amount. (Attached or not)

Regarding statements made in the required attachments are true and correct.

The bidder will have to submit their character certificate with the bid as per Home Department, Govt. of Bihar letter no. -01 dated 25.01.2021 and PHED Memo No. 6B/V0-10130/2019-133 dated:-01.02.2021
