Tender Notice for Procurement Services in TELANGANA

The bidder should be a company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956/2013 or MSCS Act 2002 or a Partnership Firm registered with Registrar of Firms in India existence in the last seven years. The bidder must furnish a valid Certificate of Incorporation along with PAN and GST certificates

The bidder should have been in the business of manufacturing and supply of kitchens equipment in the last seven years

The Bidder should have an average annual turnover of a minimum of INR 35 crores in the last three financial years with Positive Net worth for the last 3 years. i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Copies of the audited financial statements for the respective years must be submitted

In case, different OEMs are supplying Equipment?s, the bidder shall submit necessary Manufacturer Authorization Letters on OEM letterheads or certificate from authorized dealers

The Bidder should have ISO 9001 Certification

The Bidder/OEM must have past experience in executing Government Educational Institutions projects below on turnkey basis: Single Project value of 28 Cr , Two Projects Value of 21.6 Cr , Three Projects value of 14.4 Cr

The Bidder/ OEM must possess the following valid certifications: ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 22000 or HACCP or BIS Certification (ISI Mark) or Food Grade SS Certification (SS 304/316) or Gas Safety Certificate or NABL Quality Certification for all proposed products and All gas components must mandatorily carry the ISI mark

The Bidder and OEM must submit the undertaking on Post sales service support throughout the contact period on Rs.100 non-judicial stamp paper

Joint Ventures/ Consortium are not accepted.

The bidder must have an established presence in the India with a minimum of ten employees continuously employed for the last five years. The names and contact numbers of these employees shall be provided on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper, duly certified by the Head of Human Resources or the Head of the State Office

The Bidder shall submit the proposed plan, design layout for development of existing infrastructure/construction on a turnkey basis, plan of action and project methodology, duly taking the Bill of Materials into consideration. In case Bidder and Manufacturer are different

The Bidder shall also submit necessary Manufacturer Authorization Letters on OEM letterheads for the equipment, warranty undertakings, delivery commitments and technical compliance from OEMs.

Bidder and OEM should provide an Undertaking on letter Head stating that all the products and OEMs supplied under this project are comply with GFR Land Boarder Clause of 2017

The bidder must have service centter for Kitchen equipment?s in Telangana as on the date of bid opening

The Bidder and OEMs shall not be blacklisted for fraudulent practices by any of its clients, Central Government / State Government / UT Government / Government Undertakings / University / Educational Institutions / Government Bodies / PSUs in India as on bid submission date

Bidder / OEM should provide the Dedicated Telephone No. for Service Support details on letter Head

Bidder should submit the 1 set of Proposed Kitchen Equipment and Furniture Sample at least minimum 1 day before bid submission along with NABL Latest certifications at TGEWIDC Office and Submit and upload the Sample submission Acknowledgment letter in the Bid counter signed by SE-TGEWIDC office.
