At a time single work will be given to the individual Contractors of SC communities, proprietor firms, partnership firms and private limited companies promoted by the SCs and the shareholders of the SCs in the proprietor ship firms. No second work will be given unless the work on hand already entrusted to them is completed to the extent of 50% as certified by the concerned Executive Engineer. b. At any time, the total estimated cost of fresh works entrusted to individual Contractors of SCs, proprietor firms, partnership firms and private limited companies promoted by the SCs and the shareholders of the SCs in the proprietor ship firms will not exceed Rs.100.00 Lakhs excluding the works on hand which are completed more than 50%. Area of Operation: The area of operation for the works taken up by the Individual Contractors belonging to SCs, proprietor firms, partnership firms and private limited companies promoted by the SCs and the shareholders of the SCs in the proprietor ship firms, would be the District in which they are registered for all departments.
