Late delivery incurs liquidated damages of 1% per week of the contract value, up to a maximum of 10%. BEL may cancel the order, purchase elsewhere, or levy penalties; compensation limitations apply if purchasing elsewhere.

Submit OEM/Original Service Provider details: name, designation, address, email, and phone number. This applies to authorized distributors; manufacturers must provide direct authorization without gaps to avoid bid rejection.

The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the bid quantity by up to 50% at contract placement and within the currency of the contract, at contracted rates. Additional time for extended delivery is calculated proportionally to the quantity change.

GST will be reimbursed at actuals or the applicable rate, whichever is lower, capped to the quoted GST percentage. Bidders must include GST calculation in the bid and ensure GST compliance documentation is complete.

Upload the Data Sheet of the offered vehicle; it must align with bid specifications and can be cross-checked by BEL. Any unexplained mismatch may render the bid liable for rejection; ensure model, specs, and certificates match exactly.

The ATC requires Manufacturer Authorization for non-manufacturer bidders. Include contact details of the OEM and ensure authorization is valid for the proposed passenger car model to avoid disqualification.
