Checklist of Enclosures
Hatchery/ supplier must provide disease-free certification from competent authority
Past experience certificate regarding the supply of marine seedling/ advanced fingerlings to be enclosed.They should have minimum 3-5 years past experience in the breeding, rearing marine fish and allied species and relevant certificate to be enclosed. They shall produce sale receipts /bills of past three years as proof for experience in supplying marine species.
Should Not be blacklisted/debarred by any Government body.
Tenderers Profile & Declaration
The hatchery/supplier for Marine Fish Species - firm should be legally registered by the competent authority. Proof of registration shall be produced. A copy of certificate and its validity period to be enclosed.
The interested hatchery/firms/person/ should have the facility to breed /rear the marine fish species.
Eligibility Criteria
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Health Standard: Fingerlings must be disease-free, sourced only from accredited and certified hatcheries.Sample shall be tested by supplier for commonly found /recorded OIE listed pathogens for the species in College of Fisheries, Mangalore or any Central institute and test result shall be produced for inspection.Negative result for OIE listed pathogens shall be used for stocking.
Fingerlings must be advanced stage, with an average length of 80-100 mm and average weight greater than 10 g.
Condition: Healthy, disease-free, active and no deformities.
Transport: Oxygen-packed polythene bags or FRP tanks, stocking density not to exceed recommended norms
