Bids are Invited For Tender for procurement of Technical Assistant (TA) and Multi-Tasking Staff(MTS) for Census of India 2027 in Kalaburagi District in KARNATAKA

All conditions as per Tender Document

Bankers Certificate of 30 Percentage to the Estimated cost i.e Rs. 34.72 Lakhs issued by the any Nationalized or Scheduled Bank in the Prescribed format attached to this Tender Document

GST & PAN Registration Certificate copy.

Provide last FIVE year i.e 2020-21 to 2024-25 IT return copies.

Tenderer must has provided Similar Nature of Work done certificate having minimum 50 Percentage to Estimate cost i.e Rs. 57.87 Lakhs in Last FIVE Year i.e F.Y 2020-21 to 2024-25. Achieved in any One Year. Work done certificate Issued by the Not less than rank of Executive Engineer.

The bidder should be registered firm with EPF, And also submit the Last 3 Month EPF Paid challas.

The bidder should be registered firm with ESI , And also submit the Last 3 Month ESI Paid challas.

The Bidder should have valid Labour Registration certificate issued by the Labour Department, Govt. of Karnataka.

The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed firm in respect of any tender or contract in any of the Government departments/authorities or PSUs or companies. The bidder should be furnished self-declaration in this regard in Rs 100 e-Stamp paper.

To qualify for award of this contract each Tenderer in his name should have in the last FIVE years period ie 2020-21 to 2024-25 achieved in at least any TWO financial years an average Annual financial turnover of Rs. 231.48 Lakhs. Certified with CA with UIDN number
