Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i e lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office in charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T P material articles shall be provided by the contractor) Prestigious works

Complete maintenance of trees (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i c watering, weeding, pruning application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. Trees for 250 no (up to 4 up to 3 year Slow Fast growing group).

Maintenance of potted plants Cement pots at ground floor in flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge

Maintenance of potted plants Earthen pots in displayed at multi storied office buildings,flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge

Clearing of grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of the area cleared (1000 sqm x 24 months) .

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

Transplantation of trees with in a distance of 2km including excavation around existing tree, pruning of branches, lifting, loading and transportation of existing tree, digging pits for placing tree at new place, adding manure, sand, fertilizer, hormones and bio fertilizer to it. Levelled and neatly dressed and disposal of surplus materials from old existing and new sites to designated place. Each tree should be firmly secured to the stake so as to prevent excessive movement, flooding with water, treatment of roots, rope and gunny bags as per direction of the officer incharge. T P and all required materials shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. a Girth of tree shall be measured at a height of 1m above ground level. Girth of trees upto 50cm.

Girth of trees beyond 90cm and upto 150cm.

Pruning of trees (above 6 meters and upto 10 meters height) protruding on to the road electric pole concertina wire and leaning over compound wall building etc including cost of all machinaries safety equipments, materials etc complete as per the direction of officer in charge.

Carriage of pruned tree branches rubbish garbage and or any other waste etc by mechanical transport (4 cum capacity truck trip) up to a lead of 10 km (Corporation dump yard or any other designated location at city) etc and disposal of the same at designated dump yard of city corporation including loading, unloading carriage and charges for corporation etc complete as per the direction of Officer in charge.

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm having ht. 1.80 m to 2.10 m with 8 to 10 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 30 cm size of Earthen pot Plastic pot as per direction of the officer incharge.

Providing and displaying of Dieffenbachia Maculata having ht. 45 cm to 60 cm with 5 and above leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy & attractive variegated foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot Plastic pot as per direction of the officer in charge.

Providing and displaying of Money Broad Leaves mounted on moss stick 1.20 m ht., 5 to 6 s in each pot, well developed with full of fresh healthy leaves in size of 25 cm Top dia x 18 cm Bottom dia x 25 cm Perpendicular height Earthen pot Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer incharge.

Providing and displaying of Schefflera Varieged, mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 3 to 4 s placed in each pot at equal distance, well developed with full of fresh healthy bright leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer in charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Providing and displaying of Sansevieria trifasciata, having ht. 30 cm to 45 cm with 6 to 7 suckers, well developed, full of fresh healthy leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size Earthen pot Plastic pot as per direction of the officer in charge.

Supply and stacking of red earth at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge( red earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment).

Providing soil less organic growth media with required moisture, nutrients, pH and texture properly packed 30 litre in air tight bags etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge.
