the tenderer should complete the provisions of the contract labour Regulation and Abolition Act 1970 and the corresponding Karnataka Rules 1974

Tender in the last 5 years 2021-22 to 2025-26 should have satisfactorily completed at least 90percent of the contract value of on going works not less than Rs. 9.31 Lakhs Work done Certificate issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division Note Similar nature of work means Bidder should done the work in Fabrication work Experience in Dam/Barrage gate repairs Work since last 5 years Any one year as above mentioned years.

Financial turnover of not less than Amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 18.61 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last 5 years reckoned back from 2026-27 turnover during 2021-22 to 2025-26 only will be considered duly updating the financial turnover at 10 percent per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited per annum upto 2025-26. Audited profit and loss statement with Compulsory UID number along with copy of Income Tax returns

Liquid Assets and or availability of cridet facilities of not less than Rs. 5.59 Lakhs Credit lines/ letters of credit / certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirements etc., usavaly the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in peak construction period

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Tender capacity Ax Nx 2.5- B
