1. Eligible Class of Contractors Registered as mentioned in tender documents. 2) Assessed available bid capacity as per formula (2AN-B) should be greater than the estimated contract value 3) Evaluation as per GO.Ms.No.66, dt.20.04.2015 4) Tenders with more than the estimated contract value shall summarily be rejected. 5) The cost of tender document is dispensed with 6) The bidders can download the tender documents free of cost 7) The validity of the tender is 90 days from the last date of submission of bid on online 8) Even during the execution of the work, if it is found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates pertaining to experience, qualification criteria or any other aspect, he will be black listed and his contract will be terminated. 9) Tender inviting/receiving authority reserves the right to postpone/cancel/reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons what so ever. 10) No tender shall bear any cause of action or claim against any officer of the department. 11) Tenders up to 15% less than the estimate may be accepted, but for tenders which are less by more than 15% of the estimate, a Demand Draft for the difference between the tendered amount and 85% of the estimate contract value should be taken so that the tenderer leaves the work midway and the department is forced to call for tenders for the work once again, the Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft shall be used to finance the re-tendered work. 12) The bidders should submit the following along with bid a) Copy of Contractors valid registration under appropriate Class with Government of Telangana b) Details of EMD i.e. NEFT/Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Guarantee in favour of Regional Officer PR Mahabubnagar valid for 6 months c) Transaction fee certificate d) Annual Turnover certificate certified by CA along with profit & loss statement and balance sheet or Experience certificates of civil engineering works completed by contractor with in block period of (05) years issued by Executing authority and countersigned by SE e) The information on existing commitments with supporting certificates f) Copy of PAN Card g) Copy of Goods Service Tax (GST) Registration h) Proof of liquid assets in the shape of solvency certificate for the required amount not earlier than one year i) Copy of declaration on Critical equipment owned or lease on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- along with ownership certificate issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer. In case of lease of Machinery, the bidder shall submit the latest lease agreement covering the work for which tenders are invited. The bidder shall upload the ownership certificate issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer j) The tenderer should have own B.T. HMP or have lease agreement with B.T.HMP owner. Drum Type HMP 40-60TPH located within distance of 70Kms/Batch type HMP 100-120TPH located within distance of 100Kms to last point of working reach should be given on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- & to be uploaded. The bidders shall upload necessary location and distance certificate from the concerned DPRE PIU where work site is located. k) Qualification certificate of Key Personnel l) Self Declaration by the bidder that he is not black listed and owning the responsibility of uploaded on line m) The information of litigation history n) Processing fee Rs.5000/-in favour of DIST PANCHAYATH RAJ ENGINEER, PIU DIVISION NAGARKURNOOL for the account No.377701003055 IFSC Code ICIC0003777, ICICI Bank, Nagarkurnool Branch , Nagarkurnool District. o) Field laboratory establishment with evidence (Optional for the ECV up to Rs.2.00Crores and mandatory for the ECV above Rs.2.00Crores) p) Copy of Latest SARAL Form submitted to the IT Department.

The tenderer is subjected to be black listed and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/statements/certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and / or financial failures and /or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and had quoted unreasonable high bid prices. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated. All disputes or difference arising of or relating to the Contract shall be referred to the adjudication as follows: a) Claims upto a value of Rupees 10,000/-. - Regional Officer, (PR) Region, Mahabubnagar b) Claims above Rs.10,000/- and up to Rupees 50,000/-. - Engineer-in-Chief (PR) Administration, Hyderabad The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 or any statutory modification thereof. The arbitrator shall state his reasons in passing the award. Claims above Rs. 50,000/-. All claims of above Rs.50,000/- are to be settled by a Civil Court of competent jurisdiction by way of Civil suit and not by arbitration. The Contract shall make a reference for adjudication under this clauses shall be made by the contractor within six months from the date of intimating the contractor of the preparation of final bill or his having accepted payment whichever is earlier
