Submit GST certificate, PAN card, vehicle compliance proof (2019+ model, AC), experience certificates for similar services, financial statements, EMD/Security deposit as per ATC, and OEM authorizations if mandated. Ensure vehicle meets 6+1 seating and 24x7 availability.

Vehicles must be SUVs: Mahindra Bolero/Bolero Neo/Scorpio/Marazzo/Maruti Ertiga or equivalent, model year 2019 or newer, with AC and seating for 6+1 passengers. Service is outstation-capable and available 24x7, with driver wages and fuel reimbursed separately.

The contract is for 3 months with potential adjustment up to 25% in quantity or duration at the time of contract issuance and post-issuance. Bidders must accept revised quantities or durations if exercised by POWERGRID.

GST is charged by bidders and must be included in monthly charges. For non-body corporates, RCM may apply at 5% or 18%; POWERGRID will bear GST on manpower charges per ATC guidance. Ensure invoicing aligns with these rules.

Quoted monthly charges are exclusive of driver charges and fuel. Driver wages and fuel reimbursement are paid separately by POWERGRID. Invoices follow ATC terms; ensure supporting documents for driver wage calculations and fuel reimbursement receipts.
