SH-I, Item No. 1b. Supply of Bi-Directional Elevated High Intensity LED Runway Edge Light Fixture with refocused LED Module or LED Modules up to 45 W suitable for series circuit 2.8A to 6.6 A current. Colours should be emitted from the LEDs. Brilliancy shall change on all steps as per current provided by CCR and the intensity ratio on all steps shall be as per FAA standard. Fitting shall be provided with clear glass at each side to cover the LED module for main beam. Each light fitting should have breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plug suitable for connection with isolating transformer, base plate with 6 nos. SH-I, Item No. 3. Supply of Unidirectional Elevated High Intensity LED Simple Approach Light Fitting with pre-focused LED Module or LED Modules up to 45W suitable for series circuit 2.8A to 6.6A current, colours should be emitted from the LEDs. Brilliancy shall change on all steps as per current provided by CCR and the intensity ratio on all steps shall be as per FAA standard. Fitting shall be provided with front glass before the LED module for main beam. The light fitting should have provision for vertical beam adjustment from 0 deg. to 25 deg. with measuring scale and horizontal beam adjustment at each side from 0 deg. to 20 deg. with measuring scale. Fixture should be supplied with breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plug suitable for connection with isolating transformer, base plate with 6 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washers and other accessories etc. Fixture should meet latest ICAO or FAA Compliance requirement.

Laying, Jointing and commissioning of 40 mm dia HDPE pipe PN6 grade PE 63 confirming to IS 4984-2016 by trenchless method by carrying out Horizontal Directional Drilling HDD along or across various fexible or rigid pavement like Runway or Taxiway and service Road or Drain etc. at various site or location as per the drawing approved by AAI including survey, information collection regarding underground utilities, sensing of utilities by sensing equipment, pit making, pilot drilling, pre-reaming, pulling the supplied duct of various size as per the design invert level and Providing baricades and necessary warning signal lights, restoration of Paved Surfaces or Utilities etc. as required. 40 mm.

Dismantling of existing elevated type, CAT-I, along with the base plate, Disconnection of Bi-Pin lead, etc complete as required including transportation to AAI store as required including measurment of the existing level of each fitting with calibrated DGPS and Total station by a certified survery etc, as required before dismentalling. including transportation to AAI store as required.
