Availability of key personnel

Litigation history

Declaration in on line stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine

Any other certificates required as per NIT

Qualification certificate of Key persons.

Contractor should submit MOU at the time of agreement in prescribed format with RMC firm having QCI Certificate or applied for Certification of QCI but the date of application shall not be older than 6 months from the date of NIT. on 100/- Rs. Stamp paper (Mandatory)

Copy of PAN card along with a copy of Latest IT Returns

Proof of Liquid Assets / Credit facilities Solvency Certificate in the shape of Solvency certificates etc., for the required amount as per eligibility criteria (tobe submitted if eligible as per GO)

The contractor should follow the Proceeding.No.ENC/GHMC/Ta-II/K10/2022-23/817Dated:15.10.2022

Bid Capacity as per Formula 3 AN-B should be greater than ECV

The bidder as a prime contractor, should have satisfactorily completed similar works as per eligibility criteria supporting experience certificate to be uploaded

The Bidder should have executed the following minimum physical quantities of work in any one financial year during the last Ten financial years from 2016-17 to 2025-26.as per eligibility criteria supporting certificate to be uploaded
