a) The Civil Contractors having appropriate class of valid registration with Govt of Telangana and The Team of Waddera/ Sagara Contractors include the individual Waddera/ Sagara Contractors, Proprietor firms, partnership firms and private limited companies promoted by the Waddera/ Sagaras and the shareholders of the Waddera/ Sagaras in the proprietor ship firms. Partnership firms and private limited companies are eligible for the work as per the G.O.Ms.No.94, I&CAD (PW-COD) Dept., Dt.: 01.07.2003 and its subsequent amendments as per the following G.Os: i. G.O.Ms.No. 171, I& CAD (PW-C&D) Dept., Dt. 6-2-2004. v. G.O.Ms.No. 142,I& CAD (PW-Reforms) Dept., Dt: 20-12-04. vi. G.O.Ms.No.130, I & CAD (PW-Reforms) Dept., Dt.22-05-2007 vii. G.O.Ms.No.174,I& CAD (PW-Reforms)Dept., Dt.01-09-2008. viii. G.O.Ms.No.66 , I&CAD(PW-Reforms)Dept., Dt.20.4.2015. The bidder should further upload: i) Bid Security / EMD should be paid through net banking/RTGS/NEFT/ Credit card/debit card (or) (OR) Unconditional and Irrevocable BG Pledged in favour of the Commissioner Metpally Municipality from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank to be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of bid Submission closing. ii) PAN Card &Latest IT returns iii) GST registration & latest Quarterly GST Returns iv) Statement VII -Litigation History v) Self declaration by self attestation on Non Judicial stamp paper Rs. 100/- Regarding genuineness of uploaded documents vi) Caste certificate of the individual or Registration of the Cooperative Society issued by the Govt of Telangana vii) The Other particulars if any required can be had from Municipal Engineer, Metpally during the office hours on all working days. viii) The Commissioner, Metpally Municipality reserves all the rights to reject any one of among the receipt of tenders without assigning any reasons at any stage.
