I. a) The tenderer should further demonstrate: i) The Manufacture or Authorized Dealer Certificate/Letter ii) The Manufacture should have Local Authorized Service Station Dealership certificate/Letter iii) EMD for an amount of (Rs 34,515/-) In the shape of DD Drawn in favour of the Commissioner Kamareddy Municipality valid for 3 months (3 months from the deadline date for submission of tender) as prescribed in the standard format issued by any scheduled / Nationalized Bank OR Online, by utilizing the Payment Gateway Service on E-Procurement platform". The Electronic Payment Gateway accepts all Master and Visa Credit Cards issued by any bank and Direct Debit facility/Net Banking/NEFT payment modes through ICICI Bank and/or Axis Bank Payment Gateways to facilitate the transaction. iv) IT Certificate and returns v) PAN Card vi) GST Registration Certificate and Latest GST clearance. vii) Statement VII Litigation History viii) Annual Turnover certificate certified by CA or issued by Executing Authority along with balance sheet ix) Incorporation by Certificate of the firm II. Financial Requirement: 1) The bidder should produce liquid assets / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled banks of value not less than Rs.34.52 lakhs. The solvency certificate should be in standard format as per G.O. Ms. No 94, I & CAD, Dt:01.07.2003.

The tenderer is subjected to be blacklisted and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/ Statements/ certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and/ or financial failures and /or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and has quoted unreasonable high bid prices.

3. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/ fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated.

4. (a) All the participating bidder should pay an amount of (0.03% of tendered contract value plus tax @

12.36%) towards transaction fee electronically online through payment gateway services provided by ICICI and HDFC Banks using their credit cards and hand over the same to Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy Municipality at the time of submission of uploaded documents of Technical Bid including EMD. 5) The successful bidder should pay @

50.00 Crores of contract value plus tax in the form of DD in favour of M/s. 23. General Terms & Conditions 1) Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the above mentioned work from the Contractors/ Contracting firms registered with Government of TS. The details of Tender conditions and terms can be down loaded from the electronic procurement platform of Government of TS i.e. www.eprocurement.gov.in. 2) Approximate Estimate Contract value of work Rs. 34,51,504=00 3) Contractors would be required to register on the e-procurement Market Place www.eprocurement.gov.in and submit their bids on line. The Department will not accept any bid submitted in the paper form. 4) EMD to be paid by way of Crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 34,515/- to upload the scanned copy of DD & credentials, the tender will be summarily rejected. 5) The successful bidder shall invariably furnish the original DD/BG towards EMD and balance EMD

1.5% and certificates/documents of the uploaded scanned copies to the tender inviting authority before entering into the agreement either personally or through courier or post and the receipt of the same with in the stipulated date shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
