Open Tender for Procurement of sexed semen on ARC basis in BIHAR

The Participating Bidder would be Manufacturer or Supplier authorized by the Principle/ OEM

Bidder must have 5 years' experience in production / supply of bovine Frozen Semen and at least 1-year experience in production / supply of Sexed semen in same name & style. If business name has been changed, the same should be supported by valid documents. Copies of relevant contract / work order / P.O. with e- invoice copies to be submitted in support of supply of materials during mentioned period.

Bidder's semen station must be graded 'A' by the Central Monitoring Unit (CMU), GOI. If the bidder is an authorized supplier, the principal semen station from which the semen doses are sourced must also be certified as "A" grade by the CMU, GOI and the bidder will submit the authorization certificate for supply of semen from the principal Semen station.

Bidders should have annual capacity to supply minimum 2.0 lakh doses of sexed semen for all the required breeds combined to a client in Co-operative/ Govt Undertaking / Pvt Company.Copies of relevant P.Os. With e-invoice in proof of supply issued by the client need to be submitted

Copy of PAN & GST to be furnished

Bidders (Manufacturer/ Authorized supplier) Annual avg turnover of Rs 3600.0 lakh (36 Crore) in the same name and style during last 03 Financial year i.e 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 with positive net worth (Certified copy of latest audited Balance sheet with P/L account to be attached in proof).

Legal status of bidder (Proprietorship/ Partnership/ Pvt Ltd / Any other) to be mentioned along with supporting documents.

Affidavit in support that the bidder has not been debarred/ blacklisted by any of the customers across the country during last 03 year before the bid opening date. (Please furnish the duly notarized affidavit on Rs 1000.00 Non-judicial stamp paper as per the annexure attached).

Details of sex sorting technology used along with validation / accreditation certificate to be submitted

Copy of field report regarding the conception rate and female - male ratio to be submitted
