The bidder as a prime contractor should have experience in similar nature of the work experience in digitization/data entry/MS office related works in any one financial year during the last 10 financial years.. The experience certified by State or Central Government Departments / Undertaking /Organizations /Autonomous Bodies etc., Note Cntd..

Note Cntd- issued by an officer of cadre not less than the rank of the Executive Engineer and Countersigned by an officer of cadre not less than the rank of the Superintending Engineer shall only be considered .

The bidder should have Liquid assets/credit facilities of not less than Rs.13.35 Lakhs from Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Commercial Banks. Validity of solvency certificate shall be 1 year from the date of issue from any Nationalized Banks/Scheduled Commercial Banks.

The bidder shall furnish an EMD of 1% in favour of the Commissioner, CMC paid on-line on e-procurement platform

Assessed available Bid Capacity as per formula (3AN-B) should be greater than Rs.53.40 Lakhs
