1. Even at the stage of execution of work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates or information, he will be black listed and the contract will be determined under clause 60 (a) of PS to APSS, (2)The participating bidders have to pay transaction fee ,Emd 1% as specified in the SBD. All tenderers have to pay the above non-refundable service charge on online payable to MD TSTSL Hyderabad. EMD should be paid as per G.O.Ms.No. 14 Dated: 18-09-2017 of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT (3) The successful tenderer has to pay 0.04% of estimate contract value towards e-procurement corpus fund by the way of DD in favour of MD, TSTSL, Hyderabad and hand over the same to the Superintending Engineer, Panchayati Raj, Medak, at the time of concluding agreement. (4)The tender inviting / receiving authority reserves the right to postpone / cancel / reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever, (5) the tenders received with more than 0% of the estimated rates shall be summarily rejected, (6) Negotiations are not permitted to be conducted at any level. If two bidders quote the same lowest percentage, then higher bid capacity of the bidder will be considered,next the higher turn over will be considered,next the turnover on similar works will be considered, next the clean track record will be considered. (7) The defect liability for all the works will be 60 months duly taking into account normal wear and tear from the date of completion of total work, (8) If the Office happens to be closed on account of extraordinary holiday on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue, (9) the tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the last date for receipt of bid, (10)Any other details can be seen in the tender document.
