Clearance certificate-NOC taken from the Labour Department stating that no cases or complaints against the contractor. The certificate should be taken within 6 months from the date of the tender published

CMMI Level 5 accreditation Certificate

Executed in one year-for a continues period of 12 months- the following minimum quantities of work

Furnish the Copy of Net Cash Accruals certificate and Net worth Certificate duly Signed by the Chartered Accountant

ISO 10004-2018 Certificate

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 7.9 lakhs

Satisfactorily completed at least one similar works of value not less than Rs. 14.00 lakhs

Tenderer shall produce attested copies of registration certificates of Labour Department, ESI and PF Department
