Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) processing plants or Authorized Dealer / Distributor / Supplier of Solar Power Systems, Bids shall be submitted as a single entity only

2.OEM Authorization (For Dealers/Suppliers. 2.1Documentation Requirements: Non- OEM bidders must submit a valid Manufacturer?s Authorization Form (MAF) or Letter issued by the OEM. This document must explicitly confirm: 1.Permission to participate in this specific tender. 2.Guaranteed commitment for the supply of all required equipment. 3.Assurance of comprehensive after-sales service and tech

2.2Validity Standards: The authorization must be on the OEM?s official letterhead, signed and stamped by an authorized signatory, and remain valid for the entire project duration

2.3Multiple Tie-ups: Bidders may partner with different OEMs for various components (e.g., Solar vs. MSW). However, the bidder shall remain solely responsible for the integration and overall performance of the complete system

3.1The bidder must have experience in: ?MSW Processing Plants; OR ?Waste Management Systems (Composting, Bio-methanation, RDF, or MRF); OR ?Industrial processing plants of similar scale and complexity.

3.2Minimum Experience: Bidders must satisfy at least one of the following: ? Execution of one (1) project with a minimum capacity of 50 TPD. ?Execution of two (2) projects with a minimum capacity of 25 TPD each. ?Demonstrated experience in mechanical or environmental infrastructure projects of equivalent technical complexity

3.3Solar Power Expertise: Prior experience in installing grid-tied or off-grid solar systems is preferred. ?Bidders lacking direct solar experience must provide formal OEM support documentation to ensure technical compliance

3.4Project Status: Qualifying projects must be either fully commissioned or substantially completed (minimum 80% physical progress).

3.5Evidence of Experience: Bidders must submit Work Orders, Agreements, and Completion or Performance Certificates as documentary proof

4.1Annual Turnover: The bidder must have a minimum average annual turnover of [Insert Amount, e.g., ₹5?10 Crore] over the last three (3) financial years.

4.2Audit Requirements: Submission of audited financial statements and a Turnover Certificate certified by a Chartered Accountant (CA) for the last three years is mandatory.

4.3Net Worth: The bidder must have maintained a positive net worth in at least one of the last three financial years.
