Ensure installation and timely service SLAs are included, referencing the 3-day fault rectification SLA and 0.5% weekly penalties.

Submit GST registration, PAN, experience certificates for similar UPS projects, financial statements, EMD/Security deposit, technical bid showing IS 16242 compliance, OEM authorization, service capability documents, and installation/commissioning plan for Kota 324002.

Delivery must be to GOVIND KUMAR, SSE P WRSC, Kota 324002. Quantity changes within ±25% trigger proportional extension of delivery time using the formula, with a minimum of 30 days.

If rectification exceeds 3 days after notification, a penalty of 0.5% of unit price is charged per week, cumulative up to 10% of total contract value; higher costs possible if service is not restored.
