Document Requirements
Annual turnover and audit reports for the last three years as mentioned in tender document
EPF ESI and ST paid challans for the year 2025-26
Firm registration/Man power agency registration certificate issued by the competent authority
IT Returns for the year 2025-26
Minimum two years Experience in similar services and Satisfactory experience certificate as mentioned in tender document
Name, addresses and telephone numbers of the Agency and other relevant documents as mentioned in tender document
Self declared affidavit on a Rs.100.00 bond paper for having not imposed the punishment towards the breach of labour laws from the competent court and not having included in the blacklist
Solvency certificate issued from any Nationalised/Scheduled bank as mentioned in tender document
Valid Registration certificate in Labour department, EPF, ESI, IT, ST, PAN & GST Registrations issued by the Competent authority
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
