Registration Certification

2. Class-V of GHMC/CMC registration is only considered, Other Departments Registration Class-III & above only are eligible

3. EMD

4. Pan Card to be uploaded

5. GST final registration copy to be uploaded

6. The Contractor is to submit the Annual Turnover Certificate in Civil Engineering works for consecutive last ten years ie., from 2016-17 to 2025-26 (from which ever year applicable) with UDI number duly certified by the CA on the letter head. Out of which highest value will be considered . CA certificate with UDIN number only will be considered

7. Latest Income Tax Returns of bidder to be uploaded

8. Bid capacity (3AN-B) must be greater than ECV (G.O.Rt. No. 294 dt. 18-07-2020, MA & UD, Govt. of Telangana). The Tenders will be evaluated strictly as per above said GO

9. The list of works on hand in GHMC/CMC limits must be enclosed. If any wrong information updated it can be treated as misguidance to the department, then the action may be initiated

10. Self-declaration of genuinity of documents to be uploaded by the agency

11. The Contractor should enclose Current Address & Mobile No

12. Only original documents to be enclosed and any false declaration of the above conditions, the tenderer may be disqualified

If the Agency/contractor quotes more than 25 percent less over ECV. The L1 bidder shall pay A.S.D after tender allocation for the remaining less percentage

For reservation works: 1 percent EMD is exempted. However, the EMD is recoverable in the first bill itself

Caste Certificate to be submitted by the bidders for reservation works. Evaluation will be done strictly based on relevant reservation GOs (Caste certificate issued by the Telangana Government to be uploaded) (Upload the original copy for clarity)
