Include EMD documentation if applicable by procurement norms and ensure consignee GSTIN details are present.

Specifications include 80 L storage, 60 LPH cooling, outlet water at 17°C ± 1°C, 230 V AC, 50 Hz, 1 phase, 3.2 A current, 625 W power, PU insulation, two faucets (one cold), three purification stages, and comply with Annexure-I data sheet.

Scope covers supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the UV water purification system with inbuilt cooler. Delivery schedules follow the option clause allowing ±25% quantity adjustments; delivery-time extensions use the specified calculation with a 30-day minimum.

GST is to be checked by the bidder; reimbursement will be the actual GST or the lower quoted rate. Invoicing must be in the consignee name with the consignee GSTIN. Payment terms align with standard procurement norms for PSU tenders, with adjustments for GST as applicable.
