The cost of any one work should not be less than 80perct of estimated volume in a single tender/rate contract in any State/ASI.
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Bidder should submit previous three years Income Tax Returns i.e., 2021-22,2022-23

Bidder should submit at least 5 years of experience/expertise in the successful execution of Answer booklets tendered and have supplied to any State Government/ASI
The tenderer should have the manufacturing/Printing unit within Karnataka State (relevant registration certificate issued by the competent authority).will be given preference
Annual Turnover Certificate by the Statutory Auditor (CA) in their letter head with the UDIN number detailing the Annual Turnover, Profit and net worth of the bidder for the previous three years i.e., 2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 to be uploaded
Printer must have done similar job. The cost of any one work should not be less than 80% of estimated volume in a single tender/rate contract in State Government/ ASI. As proof, the bidders should upload the purchase orders and the corresponding work completion certificate/Copy of GST Invoice for work executed in the previous three financial years.
On successful allotment of tender, the printer has to submit 05% as security deposit for the ordered value, after which the EMD will be refunded.
The bidder shall ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-procurement on or before the last date of bid submission.
Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
The cost of the tender processing shall not be refundable.
The Department the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.
Tenderer to upload audited balance sheet returns for the previous three years i.e., 2020-21,2021-22 and 2022-23.

9)Conditional tenders will not be accepted. 10) The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. 11) The cost of the Tender Processing shall not be refundable.12)Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders. 13) As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.14)The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.4) EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.5) Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025perct of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.6) The Successful bidder must submit 5percet Security Deposit to the amount put to Tender at the Time of Agreement in the Form of DD/FD/NSC/Renewable bank guarantee.
