Scope covers Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Android tablets, MacBooks, and Omnibook laptops, along with mandatory after-sales service and spare parts coverage for 3 years.

Delivery period starts from the last date of the original delivery order. The purchaser may increase/decrease quantity up to 25% at contracted rates, with extended time calculated as (increased/ original) × original period, minimum 30 days.

A 3-year warranty on spare parts is required, with a service center established at Shopian by the seller; seller bears all transport charges to deliver and service devices.

Pre-bid interaction is mandatory to establish technical eligibility; the certificate must be uploaded as Additional Document 1. This session clarifies SITC expectations and technical criteria for bidders.
