Tender Notice for Procurement Services in TELANGANA

The Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs.27,56,100.00 as per tender specification.

The bidder should possess GST Registration Certificate and enclose the same as documentary evidence.

Bidders should upload copies of the registration certificates issued by any State/central Govt. departments /Public sectors like SSI, NSIC, Department of Industries, Ministry of Commerce & Industry etc. which clearly shows that the bidder is a manufacturer of conveyor belts shall be uploaded as documentary evidence

Bidders should upload PO copies (1 PO/year, Total 3POs) evidencing experience of min. of 3 years in manufacture and supply of similar FR Grade/ordinary N/N for Coal Handling purposes and Should upload POcopies for supply of at least 7,795M per annum of FR Grade/ordinary N/N belt in any ONE year during last 3 years i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 along with invoices duly furnishing Schedule-XIV.

The belt supplied by them shall be in satisfactory service for at least 2 years. Performance certificates issued by the station heads of the users shall invariably be enclosed to the tender in the absence of which it will be presumed that they do not have requisite experience in the manufacture of FR Grade / ordinary Nylon/Nylon for coal handling plants of thermal power stations/ coal mining compa

The bidders shall enclose a Solvency certificate for an amount of Rs: 664.00 Lakhs issued by any Nationalized bank or any Scheduled bank as approved by TGGENCO which is not older than 12 months from the date of availability of tender specification on e-procurement platform.

The bidders should have an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs.664.00 Lakhs during the past three (03) years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) certified by the Charted Accountant.

Bidders shall upload the schedules ?VII, VIII, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV & XVII duly filled, Signed & Stamped in the prescribed format along with PQB for considering the Bid.

Bidders have to furnish Manufacturing Quality Plans duly signed & Stamped i.e., Schedule- XVIII (A & B).

PAN Card copy and IT returns for the last 3 years.

Any other documents as per Tender Specification.
