Invitation to Bid - Procurement Services in JAGITIAL, TELANGANA

1. Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the above-mentioned work from the civil contractor registration with Government of Telangana. The details of Tender conditions and terms can be downloaded from the electronic procurement platform of Government of Telangana i.e. https://tender.telangana.gov.in and Copy of manufacturers/ Authorized dealer ship certificate of any reputed company and Firm Registration

EMD to be paid by online in favor of Commissioner, Jagtial Municipality (i.e. 1% of ECV) Note: The dates stipulated above are firm and under no circumstances they will be altered unless otherwise extended by official notification or happen to be a Public Holiday. B). The bidder should submit the following particulars invariably in the format specified in the tender schedules with necessary certificates/documents and to be scanned and uploaded online on e-procurement platform, failing which his tender shall be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected. 1 The bidder must be a Civil Contractor/ Firms/ society having valid Registration in appropriate Class with Government of Telangana as per Go.Ms.No.94 (as amended from time to time). 2 Copy of manufacturers/ Authorized dealer ship certificate of any reputed company 3 Copy of Firm Registration 2 Copy of GST Registration and Latest Quarter/month GST Returns 3 Copy of PAN card and financial year 2023-24/ Assessment year 2024-25 IT returns 4 Financial year wise Annual Turnover (Value A) certified by CA (Charted Accountant) is to be uploaded. The highest value during last Ten Years will be considered for evaluation of bid capacity. 5 Self-declaration for on hand works (Value of B) to be submitted by the bidder 6 Bid capacity (3AN-B) must be more than bid value. No. 294, Dt:18-07-2020, MA&UD, Government of Telangana 8 Self-Declaration by self-attestation on stamp paper Rs. 100/- regarding genuineness of uploaded documents by the bidder 9 Authorized dealer having ISO 9001:2015 certificate 10 CIBRC Certificate 11 Sale permission in T.S State 12 ISI Mark certificate 14 The Tenderer having Performance Certificates in similar nature of work, issued by Govt. Organizations an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer in respect of materials supplied by the manufactures/ authorized Dealers 12 The Tenderer having Experience certificate in similar nature of work issued by Govt. Organizations an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer in respect of materials supplied by the manufactures/ authorized Dealers

5. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates of experience he will be blacklisted and the contract will be terminated and the work will be taken over invoking clause 60 (a) of PS of APSS.

7. Tender inviting authority can cancel tender at any time without any notice or information to the bidder
