Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. the departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of Kppp portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any of the tender without assigning any reason.

Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) from Practicing Chartered Accountant is preferred in Annual Turn over

The tenderer shall also disclose if there are any bankruptcy proceedings against him

The Work Done Certificates shall be issued by the Executive Engineer (if work done in Karnataka State), otherwise it shall be issued/ counter signed by Superintending Engineer (if work is done in other states)

A copy of GST registration certificate should be uploaded

The Tenderer has to quote his rate by excluding GST. However contract will be concluded for the AMOUNT (Exclusive of GST) but Applicable GST will be paid extra prevailing at the time of execution. If the GST rates are revised during the contract period, the Tenderer/Employer has to accept the revised GST rates for making payment/recovery.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26 in the Technical Qualification Criteria

Addendum / Corrigendum will be published on the website for all modifications or corrections, if any

The Consultants shall pay such taxes (except GST), duties, fees and other impositions as may be levied under the Applicable Law, the amount of which is deemed to have been included in the Contract Price

He/she Firm Company Organization should attain ISO certification ISO 9001 2015 ISO 14001 2015 & ISO 450012018

Financial proposal is to be submitted in Form No.SECTION-V as appended in the Bid Document.
