To qualify for award of this contract, Bidder should have achieved Minimum financial turnover not less than of APT of this work , in at least Two financial years in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26,. An additional weightage of 10percent for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level certified by chartered accountant having UDIN number

KPWD Class IV & above Civil Contractor

EPF certificate or Exemption letter

Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate along with latest paid challan copy or Exemption letter

Any other related documents related to tender as mentioned in notification

The intending bidders are instructed to refer to the technical qualification criteria and other tender conditions mentioned on the KPP Portal for the particular work, along with the IFT, Bid Document, and any Corrigendum/Addendum issued

Successful bidders should execute the agreement within 20 days from the date of LOI Issued.
