Notarized copy of self-declaration for not blacklisted
The Bidder should not have been blacklisted as on the date of bid opening. The Notarized Self-Declaration copy in Rs. 500/- stamp paper to be uploaded.
The Service Provider should have prior experience of 3 years and should furnish satisfactory end user certificate from the Government Organization.
The Tenderer should have experience for providing Catering Services to Government Organizations. The work order copies for providing the catering services to the Govt organization should be enclosed.

Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
