Contract Bidding Open For Regarding conducting a study tour and training for the officers/staff working in the District Urban Development Cell of Bagalkot district under the Capacity Development Sub-unit under the SBM-2.0 scheme in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tender Inviting Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

Successful bidder should abide by the guidelines / orders/ changes if any issued by the state govt from time to time

Bidder/Agency must attach Valid Company Registration Certificate/Travel Agency/NGO

Bidder/Agency must enclose experience certificate in providing similar nature of services to any Govt offices in these years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

Bidder/Agency must enclose GST Registration Certificate

Bidder/Agency must enclose transaction turnover certificate with UDIN number for min 3 years from current year which shall be issued by Charted Accountant 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25
