Bidder should submit copy of the registration certificate obtained from Labour Department.

Bidder should submit copy of the service tax registration certificate.

Bidder should submit copy of the ESI registration certificate obtained from ESI Department.

Bidder should submit copy of the experience certificate/Work done certificate

Bidder should submit GST registration certificate

Bidder should submit copy of the PAN Card.

Bidder should submit Declaration about Non black list by Notary

For the above item of work/Services, the agency work here by bounded to pay the wages not less than the minimum labour wages act rate along with payable prevailing statutory allowances like ESI, EPF.. as prescribed by Labour Department from time to time for the person deployed to accomplish the work/Services

The Salary of the persons displayed for accomplishing the work /services has to be paid mandatory in time within 5th of every month with out fail.

The tenderer should be a KPWD Class-IV & above registered Contractor. Class-IV Contractors are only eligible to apply for the works within license given Divisions only

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 a achieved in at least two financial years an Average of annual Financial Turn over in all Clauses of Civil Engineering Construction Works only of Rs.10.15 Lakhs,simillar nature of Annual Building Maintenance works in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only

EMD for Rs. 40,700/- shall be paid through KPPP Only
