Tenderers who meet above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than total tender value.Its calculated as AXNX2.5-B, Where, A is Max value of works executed in any 1 year during last 5 years updated to 2026-27 price level, N is No. of years prescribed for completion of works for which tenders are invited for 06 months. B is Value at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and ongoing works to be done during next 06 Months.

The Bidder should have achieved a Financial Turn-over of not less than the Amount put to tender i.e Rs.7.00 Lakhs in any of the TWO Financial years during the last 5 years, i.e, 2021-22 to 2025-26. Audit profit and loss account certified by a practicing charted accountant, the turnover will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10 percent for each year prior to 2026-27.

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least One Similar nature of work to value of not less than 50 percent of cost of work put to tender, i.e. Rs.3.50 Lakhs in any one year during previous five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26. Necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below rank of Executive Engineer is to be uploaded with technical bid. The cost will be updated to present value by giving weightage of 10 percent for each year, if work is completed prior to 2026-27.

The bidder should submit Scanned signature of the bidder/authorized representative in case of a firm or company to be attached to the bid document. Also in case of authorized representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded.

The bidder should Upload Copy of the Valid Registration Certificate issued by KPWD Class-3 & Above , Govt. of Karnataka. or registered as a MSME with Govt. of India.

The intending bidder should furnish Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of Minimum Rs. 30 percent of the amount put to Tender i.e. Rs.2.10 Lakhs, Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement.

The intending bidder should upload Valid ISO 9001-2015 Certificate/ ISO/IEC 27001-2022 Certificate in the field of civil engineering.

The intending bidder should upload Valid NABL Certificate in the field of quality control & quality assurance.

The requisite EMD in electronic cash.
