Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
The vehicle offered for tender must be of the 2014 and above models in corporating the latest improvements in design
The tenderer shall process the vehicle documents such as RC book, Insurance copy, FSSAI Certificate and such other relevant documents of vehicle used for this contract
If the Contractor provides the vehicle of higher capacity than prescribed by RTO, then the risk of any RTOs objection and cost of SMP/WMP/BUTTER has to be borne by the Contractor
The successful Contractor should adhere to the guidelines / Govt orders issued from time to time by the State Govt. as well as Central Govt with regard to the Age / Fitness Certificate/ Regulations issued by the RTO, etc. with regard to the permissibility of the vehicle on Road will be binding on the Contractor
Transport owners or Transport companies who are in a position to place around 6 vehicles in any given day in case if it is required of different capacities like 10 MT to 30 MT for transportation of Skim Milk Powder Whole Milk Powder And Butter from Units Unions of Karnataka Milk Federation within the State or From Different Destinations of Dairies located in & Out of States are eligible for submission of tenders includes Both UP & Down Trip
