The Mandatory documents to be uploaded by the firms / contractors: a) Copy of PAN Card registered on the name of company/firm/Proprietor and linked to GST registration . b) GST Registration Number along with documentary evidence. For GSTIN holders, the GSTIN should be in the active status and in the name of the firm/contractor. (Those who are not required to be registered under the provisions of GST act should invariably submit a self declaration to the effect). c) PO's and corresponding satisfactory certificates in Dismantling, overhaul, repair, reconditoning and performance testing of hydraulic cylinders with capacity 25Tonnes or above. d) Self Declaration in the given format has to be submitted on the firm letter head with sign of authorised person along with stamp. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.The Firm should have previous experience in Repair,Overhaul and Performance Testing of Hydraulic Cylinders within its workshop. 2.Firm should engage manpower as per the actual work requirement and to carry out ancillary works like shifting of winch machine, transporting T&P material etc. during Dismantling and Erection of Hydraulic Clamp Cylinders from Wagon Tippler Structure duly following safety rules and regulations. 3.All the miscellaneous works which accompany the Overhaul and Repair of Hydraulic Cylinder works are in the Firms scope and no extra amount will be paid for these works. 4.The estimated quantities are anticipated and tentative; Billing will be done as per the actual quantity of replacement of damaged components and work done. 5.The rates shall be firm inclusive of all incidental charges, leads & lifts etc that may arise while carrying out the work. 6.The Firm should duly follow IS standards during Overhaul, Repair and Testing for leakages and performance of Hydraulic Cylinders. 7.The Hydraulic Cylinders should be guaranteed for atleast 1 year. 8.If any leakages observed from the Cylinder within 1 year the firm should arrange for arresting the leakage at free of cost. 9.The Firm may record or store the pictures of replacement of damaged components during Overhaul or Repair within its workshop and share with TGGENCO Engineer-in-Charge upon request for compliance or allow concerned Engineer to the Firms workshop for inspection during repair work.

1. Any other timely requirements when demanded may be submitted by the contractor. However, the CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage reserves right to accept / reject the application of the purchaser who falls short in any of the above aspects based on the accuracy/inaccuracy of the case; and the decision of CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage is final in this regard. Any or all the relevant documents shall be produced, whenever demanded. 2) The undersigned reserves the right to alter the above dates; and to reject any (or) all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. 3) If any of the above dates happens to be holiday the date may be read as the next working day 4) The rates shall be quoted excluding GST . 5) If the less rates quoted by the firm / contractor are found to be over 25% less than the estimate value, Additional Security Deposit shall be furnished as desired & communicated by TGGENCO, failing which action will be initiated against the respective 6) Regular PO to the successful bidder can be issued only after fulfilling of all the required conditions including payment & acceptance of Security Deposit, Additional Security Deposit etc., 7) If at any stage it is found that the bidder has submitted a false, misleading or incorrect self-declaration, the bid shall be rejected or the contract terminated at the risk and cost of the bidder, without prejudice. The decision of the TGGENCO is final and binding 8) If the successful bidder, after award of work, fails to execute the contract satisfactorily, abandons the work, shows persistent poor performance, or breaches contractual obligations, the TGGENCO shall have the right to forfeit the EMD and/or SD in part or in full. The TGGENCO shall also have the right to debar/blacklist such bidder from participating in the future tenders of entire TGGENCO/ KTPS VII stage for a period as decided by the undersigned. The decision of the undersigned in this regard is final and binding 9) An amount of 0.01% of total billed amount will be deducted towards Telanagana green fund as per G.O.No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025 10) GST will be paid extra on production of proof limited to the provision made in the estimate 11) The Contractor has to pay minimum wages to his labour without linking to the payment due from M/S TGGENCO. 12) Contractor/firm should quote item wise rates excluding the statutory payments i.e. for labour and material if any 13) Tenders up to 25% less than the estimate will be accepted, but for tenders which are less by more than 25% of the estimate, a bank guarantee or demand draft for 5% of the estimate value will be collected as Additional security deposit. 14) The work should be carried out as and when required in spells/at a time during this financial year as per the instructions of the section officer.
