All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall 920mm long 485mm wide and 1985mm high. The base shall be 100mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channels shape with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah. Mild steel sheet for channel shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 920mm length. Top comma sides comma back comma bottom and front of almirah shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Two shelves shall be provided at 350mm and 700mm from bottom of almirah. Ahan ging rod 60mm from top shall be provided which shall be of 20mm dia steel chromium plated conduit pipe of wall thickness 1 point 25mm. Two sockets shall be provided at the end of hanging rod. Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall provided to shutters. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with three nubers butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shall be side hung. All joints and welding comma fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. The almirah shall be finished dry powder coated in double shade different colour after properly smoothening the surface or as approved by GE both internaly and externaly. Oveall size shall be 1220mm long comma 455mm wide and 760mm high. Body of the side board comma shelves comma drawers comma shutters shall be made of 18 mm thick exterior grade MDF board both side laminated in light Wallnut shade or as approved by GE. Back of side board shall be 12 mm thick plywood. Sides comma back and Bottom of drawers shall be of 18 mm thick MDF board bothside laminated. Top drawer shall be given 5 comportment in equidistant space in front portion and one comportment in remaining portion. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided to all edges of MDF board. SS handle and SS knobs as approved by GE shall be provided for shutter and drawers. Drawers shall be supported with telescopic channel for smooth functioning. 75 mm high skirting shall be provided by 19 mm thick teak wood as shown in drawing. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique Shown in drawing and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Long and short rails of bed shall be 65 x 25 mm 16 gauge rectangle MS tube.Stifners shall be 25 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe. Legs shall be 32 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe and welded properly at joints to make the charpoy. 25 x 60 x 6 mm cleats be welded with short rails inner side to support the plywood. 12 mm thick ply wood BWR type unpolished shall be provided to the top of charpoy screwed with cleat and stiffners by nut and washers. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint to obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

Overall size shall be 900mm long comma 450mm wide and 400mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be provided with 12 mm thick glass of approved shade. Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs comma widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss. The bottom tier shall be 12 mm thick glass of approved shade. 25mm dia hard rubber oblique PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. The front and rear legs at seat level shall be joined by 40 mm x 20 mm in section side rails provided at 450 mm from bottom legs. The top of side rails shall be at 450 mm from bottom of legs. Two side stiffeners of 25 mm x 40 mm in section shall beprovided joining front and rear legs. The bottom side stiffeners shall be 100 mmabove the bottom of legs. A middle stiffener of 25 mm x 40 mm in section joining the side stiffeners in middle shall be provided as shown on drg. For seat cushion comma a frame shall be made with 75 mm x 20 mm in section front and rear wooden horizontal rails comma joined by 40 mm 20 mm in section wooden side rails. 70 mm x 10 mm batten shall be provided in the middle. 45 mm x 10 mm batten shall be provided with three equal gaps. 50 mm thick comma 32 density foam shall be provided to the chair which shall be covered with leatherised rexine of best quality as approved by GE. The back rest the shape of legs shall be as shown on drg. Rails of 45mmx25mm in section shall be 40mm apart from legs and joined by 10mm dia teak wood in vertical and 12mm dia teak wood in horizontal. Back shall have vertical battens 20mmx25mm in section. 50mm thick synthetic foam of 32 density covered with leatheised rexene made to shape as shown on drg shall be fixed over 10mm thick plywood commercial. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique Shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

Hard rubber oblique nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with brass screws, Top shall be 18 mm thick exterior grade MDF board both side laminated in light Wallnut shade or as approved by GE comma duly fixed with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive Fevicol SH 8 Nos of L shape corner of flat iron 5mm thick 4 inch x 4 inch between legs and rail to be fixed with screw. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Engineer in Charge.

The set consist of one long piece of two seater and two small pieces of single seater. All timber work shall be first class seasoned teak wood free from knots oblique defects. Cushion for seat and back shall be of 100mm thick 40 density duly covered with fabric oblique tapestry cloth not less than Rs 500 by Mtr composition of 65 percentage polyester and 35 percentage cotton or as approved by GE. All the wooden joints shall be fixed with bamboo pins and nails shall not be used. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Overall size shall be 450mm long comma 300mm wide and 380mm high. Legs shall be of first class teak wood of section 30mmx50mm. The legs shall be 362mm high. 5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position. Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs. Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs. A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg. Vaacuum rubber shall be provided at top of legs. The top shall be 12mm thick plate tinted glass white colour with corners rounded as shown drawing comma the edges of top of table shall be rounded off. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. 1mm thick MS sheet shall be used to manufacture locker except legs. Two Legs shall be provided to almirah as shown on drawing and shall be of 1 point 25 mm thick MS sheet. Cromium plated stainless steel godrej type handle 100mm long shall be fixed on shutters comma Locker shall be fitted with ISI marked 75mm 6 lever lock with three way locking system. Front shutters shall have two leaves of equal size. Locker shall be finished with shade of TA gray colour or as approved GE both internaly and externaly two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge

Overall size shall be 1330 mm long comma 710mm high. The inner frame shall be of 50mmx20mm teak wood battens six in nos . The back and front of frame shall be covered with 6mm thick commercial ply. The edges of the frame shall be covered with 6mmx35mm teak wood edging fixed alround the frame with headless nails and adhesive. Six brass pegs 120mm long shall be fixed over the wooden membrane with brass screws as shown in drg. 5mm thick looking mirror shall be provided as shown on drg with beading alround . Mild steel key plate shall be provided at both top corners of the hat stand. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces . All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drawing and directed by Engineer in charge.

Table dining round shape 1200mm comma high 760mm shall be first class seasoned teak wood free from knots and defects. Hard rubber oblique nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of 04 legs of 30x40mm with brass screws comma Top shall be 18 mm thick teak wood with12mm thick glass top. Chair Dining Long Back and Cushion overall size shall be 450mm wide at bottom legs level and 455mm deep and 1200 mm high. All timber work shall be first class seasoned teak wood free from knots oblique defects. Front legs shall be of size 25mmx50mm in section and 450mm high and rear legs shall be of section 65mmx50mm made to shape. The front and rear legs at seat level shall be joined by 40 mm x 20 mm in section side rails provided at 450 mm from bottom legs. The top of side rails shall be at 450 mm from bottom of legs. Two side stiffeners of 25 mm x 40 mm in section shall beprovided joining front and rear legs. The bottom side stiffeners shall be 100 mm above the bottom of legs. Body of the Bin linen multipurpose comma Shelves comma drawers comma shutters shall be made of 19mm thick exterior grade MDF board both side laminated. Shade as approved by GE back shall be 12mm thick plywood sides back and bottom of drawers shall be of 12mm thick MDF board bothside laminated shade as approved by GE. 4mm thick teak wood edgig shall be provided to all edges of MDF board. SS handle and SS knobs as approved by GE shall be approved for shutter and drawers. Drawers shall be supported with telescopic channel for smooth functioning 75mm high skirting shall be provided by 19mm thick teak wood as shown in drawing. Top shall be made of teak wood with size of legs as 45mmx45mm at top and 30mmx30mm side stiffners of size 40x19mm. The top portion shall have be provided with teak wood frame made of 74mmx19mm batterns frame as shown in drg. The bottom of top frame shall be provided with asbestos sheet plain. The two shleeves fitted inside the hot case shall be made of 4mm dia wire mess welded to 12x3mm flat iron frame as shown. The inner sides/shutters including top and bottom of hot case shall be fitted with aluminium sheet lining allround. The Shutters shall be fixed with aluminium hinges and each shutter shall be provided with dimentions comma shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specification. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

As per Trade patern and directed by Enginer in Charge

All Steel member shall be 18 Gauge MS pipe. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mm MS square pipe. 18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head or foot board frame as shown in drg. 18mm thick both side prelaminated MDF board of walnut shade with 4mm thick teakwood beading shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded with 18mm thick square pipe with standard workmanship both in head/foot board. One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of head board over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour. Rest all as per drawing.

Overall size shall be 1230mm long. 300mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class teak wood . The legs shall be made to shape out of 50mmx100mm teak wood. The legs shall be 100mm high. The two long rails of 50mmx50mm in section and 1230mm long shall be provided for support of body of book case. The two long rails shall be joined with 25mmx50mm stiffeners at 150mm from each end joining the long rails. 19mm thick pre laminated MDF board shall be provided at bottom comma top comma sides shelves and vertical partitions. The back shall be of 6mm thick ply wood. The top comma shelves comma bottom and vertical partitions shall have 1 comma 5mm plastic laminated sheet fixed over the MDF board. The vertical partition shall have plastic laminated sheet on both sides. The shelves shall have plastic laminated sheet on top only. The top and bottom of book case shall have plastic laminated sheet on top only. The sides shall have plastic laminated sheet on both sides. The fornt edges of sides comma shelves comma vertical partition and top shall be covered with 3mmmm thick teak wood edging. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified Shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

Overall size shall be 510mm long comma 575mm wide and 720mm high. All wood shall be seasoned first class teak wood free from knots and defects. Hard Nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with brass screws. Canning of chairs by true Godrej pattern with plastic cane 2mm to 2.5mm wide comma white colour coma quality as approved by GE all as specified and as shown on drgs. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified shown in drawing and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Overall size shall be 535mm long comma 470mm wide and 890mm high. Well seasoned teak wood throughout in frame work shall be used for framework comma Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be of 2mm wide comma 0 point 4mm thick half round gola type of shah or equivalent brand. The sides of the chair shall be canned with 4mm thick cane. Hard rubber rings of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Overall size shall be 24 feet x 15 feet long. It shall be made up of heavy cotton fringes losely woven and knitted in rectangular pieces fringed at the ends having cotton backing .The nominal thickness of the durrie shall not be less than 5mm. As per sample approved by GE

Frame shall be 40x40x5mm slotted angle Iron fixed with nut bolts irrespective of shown in drawing.Shelf shall be 1mm thick CRCA sheet with bottom support of 15x15x3mm angle Iron. All steel surface shall be finished with shade of TA gray colour or as approved by GE both internaly and externaly two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. The pull out drawers shall be provided with two telescopic channel.The top of the trolley shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of size 750mmx600mm.50mm dia swivel type castors 4 in numbers shall be provided at base. 4mm thick teak wood beading shall be fixed allroung the edges of the top.
