Bidders must meet turnover criteria for last 3 financial years, provide audited statements or CA certificates, submit OEM authorizations, and demonstrate dedicated service support. Ensure compliance with option clause delivering up to 25% more quantity and provide evidence of non-liquidation status.

Submit GST, PAN, audited financials or CA certificate for turnover, OEM authorization for the primary product, bidder experience certificates, proof of dedicated service support (toll-free number), and standard bid documents as per T&C. Additional documents may be requested later.

Delivery starts from the last date of the original delivery order. If the quantity is increased by up to 25%, the extended delivery time is calculated as (increased quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

OEM turnover criteria ensure the device supplier’s financial health and capacity to support the product. The OEM must show average annual turnover over the last 3 years; in bundle bids, the highest-value primary product OEM must meet the criterion.

Bidders and OEMs must provide a dedicated or toll-free service contact for support. This includes timely technical assistance and post-installation support as part of the bid eligibility.

The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity up to 25% at contract placement or during currency of contract at contracted rates. Delivery timelines adjust proportionally; minimum 30 days for extended delivery, and calculation anchored to original delivery period.

Provide certified audited balance sheets for the last 3 years or a CA/Cost Accountant certificate showing turnover. If the bidder is younger than 3 years, use turnover from completed financial years post-incorporation to meet the criterion.
