Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Karnataka Labour Department Registration Certificate for not less than 68 nos (Valid certificate of Agency Issued by the Competent Authority)

GST Registration Certificate and PAN card (Scanned copy of Original Documents)

Provident Fund (PF) & ESI Registration Certificate with paid challans of last three years (Valid certificate of Agency Issued by the Competent Authority)

Note: The offer of the Man power agency, who do not qualify for the above Sl.No 4 to 6 pre qualification norms, will not be considered for further evaluation
