Copy of experience Certificate showing satisfactorily completed as a Prime Contractor for execution of similar works (i.e., Residential buildings/ Commercial buildings or Multipurpose complexes) of value not less than 25% of the value of IBM/ECV, in any one year during the last ten years.

Copy of experience certificate showing executed a minimum Built up area of not less than equivalent to 25% of quantity pertaining to multistoried structures executed in any one year during the last ten years.

Copy of Solvency Certificate not less than 12.5% of the value of quoted bid price by the bidder in the proforma enclosed to the bid document.

Copy of certificate showing the value of similar works and Annual Turnover in any one year in last 10 financial years ending 31.03.2026

Proof for payment of EMD amount

Copy of certificate ?of minimum Quantities executed in Building Works in any one financial year during the last Ten Financial Years ending with 31-03-2026.

Copy of details of value of Civil Engineering works executed in each year during the last ten financial years by the Bidder.
