Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.50M in width or 10.00 SqM on plain including dressing of sites and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, including dewatering and directed with a lead of 500 M.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying plain Cement concrete 1 isto 3 isto 6 (1 cement /3 coarse sand/ 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation, Plinth wherever necessary including desalinating, finishing, Curing etc. as per specification all complete but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc.

Providing and laying reinforced cement Concrete work 1isto 1.5 isto 3 (1 cement / 1.5 coarse sand / 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm down screened and washed ) including machine mixing, placing in position and mechanically vibrating in columns, pillars etc. to any level and anywhere and like including preparing of the top surface finishing curing etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 1st class brick work with bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1 isto 6 (1 cement / 6 coarse sand) including all complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in cement mortar 1 isto 4 (1 cement / 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying 12 mm thick cement plaster 1 isto 4 (1 cement / 4 fine sand) with a floating coat of neat cement punning with redoxided powder all complete as per specification All materials including cement etc. to be supplied by the contractor.

Providing and laying Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supplying and laying painting with synthetic enamel paint / over two coats primer of approved brand and Manufacturer Two or more coats .

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern.

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for - Lintels, beams, plinth beams, Chujja,girders, bressumers and cantilevers .

Transportation of excavated earth from working site to other area load upto 1 km by mechanical transport including loading unloading and lift upto 2.20 M disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
