The licensee should have valid registration/license with Regional Labour commissioner.
The Tenderer should have a Registered Office in Bengaluru. The Tenderer must hold a valid registration of Trade license/Registration with labour department as supporting documents
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Tenderer shall refer the Tender Document for all the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
Highest offer received in the tender shall be criteria for selection of bidder.
The period of License is for 36 months.
