Supplying all materials and Laying of distribution network including installation of 10000 litre HDPE tank as per the directions of Engineer in Charge including Earthwork in 30m wide and 1,1m deep trenches, Including crossing of ditches Road cutting and restoration and backfilling the trenches after layig of line, providing and laying HDPE pipe of 75 mm dia and 63 mm dia of (PE-PN10 rating) as per IS 4984/1995 and 50 mm and 40mm dia pipe (PE100-PN8 rating) as required including supplying all jointing materials etc. including all taxes, duties etc.-and incidental charges providing necessary thrust block where as required, construction of brick masonary chamber (60cm x 60cm x 75cm) for valves with cost of certification mark and fixing in trenches including the cost of fullway valves, earth work in back filling the trenches after laying of different types and sizes of pipe, fittings and valves with earth removed during excavation within initial lead and lift etc. including providing night guard, barrier and red light to safe guard against accident, testing of laid pipes etc. all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying all designs drawing construction and commissioning of fully tested and successfully well operated Standard type Arsenic Treatment Unit (Adsorption/Nano technology based/any approved technology (CSIR) for removal of excessive Arsenic) suitable for designed flow of capacity given below pipeline, valve and specials all complete job as per requirement and demand of the E/I. The Mild steel pressure tank and other articles should have not less than as per the specification so as to sustain the design pressure with due factor of safety. It should be duly painted with two coats of anticorrosive paints over a coat of red oxide primer. The materials article should be as per respective Indian standard and should be manufactured from ISO : 9001 company including delivery charges and all taxes & duties complete including all civil works all complete as per standard specification and direction of E/I including provision of safe waste water disposal etc. all complete work.. 8 KLPH.

Installation of Electronically Regulated Doser type chlorinator using Sodium Hypo Chlorite (Hypo NaOCl).

Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance including repairs of Civil & Mechanical Structures, Supply of Spare parts, all Chemical, Energy cost, Deployment of manpower, checking of status of supply in the command area, repairing of leakages, backwash, maintaining log book , data compilation, submission of daily / weekly / monthly and yearly report of both RAW and Treated water quality , getting endorsed / tested by state laboratories once in every month, replacing the filter media/damaged parts of any machinery / the machinery as a whole, annual / bi-annual maintenance of all built-up / installed structures / units under the scheme , including round-the clock watch & ward to ensure potable water to the beneficiaries of the scheme for 60 calendar months from the date of completion of trial run.
